About the Role 

Spell provides MLOps (Machine Learning Operations) software for Deep Learning, what we call, “DLOps”.  The software enables orchestrating, automating, and managing the development and deployment of deep learning models for NLP (Natural Language Processing), Machine Vision, Voice Recognition and Synthesis, and other types of deep learning.  Our users include commercial enterprises, government agencies, AI-forward startups, researchers, solo practitioners, and students.

At Spell, we're looking to empower collaboration and remove barriers to entry when it comes to developing deep learning and AI-powered applications. By replacing dev-ops clutter with a clean and powerful UX, we strive to both increase the speed at which developers can iterate as well as facilitate growth within the deep learning field as a whole.

Spell is seeking a Marketing Manager with an interest in multi-modal marketing communications and operations for website content, digital advertising, email blasts, product and company news, presentation materials and social media posts.

The Marketing Manager will synthesize product information from Engineering, partner with Sales, and collaborate with Design to produce messages and materials for use in campaigns, content, and public relations; they will manage the processes for producing, using, and tracking the effectiveness of marketing outputs.

Responsibilities

  • Website Content Management: Assist in creation of marketing landing pages, forms, banners and videos.
  • Platforms include Prismic & Pardot.
  • Help in creation of all marketing collateral including working with clients to create Case Studies, White Papers as well as help lead creation of brochures, one-pagers and marketing videos.
  • Manage Social Media cadence on various platforms through Social media manager Hootsuite.
  • Partner with the Sales team for creating Sales Enablement collateral including ads, emails, sales documents and presentations
  • Monitor Marketing Analytics including Site Traffic and Visitor Behavior, Search Performance, and specific Campaign Results.
  • Assist in relationships with External Resources such as PR, Link building, content contributors, and creative services.

Requirements 

  • 3-5 years in a similar role in either a tech startup or tech marketing agency
  • Copy writing and  editing skills and experience
  • Experience with CMS & CRMs including Salesforce, Pardot, & Prismic
  • Excellent verbal communications and relationship building skills
  • Detail, process, and goals oriented
  • Interest in data-driven marketing analytics
  • Ability to take initiative to drive project planning, execution, and measurement
